SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

SHIPPING 

Items will be packed and shipped within three working days of ordering. Items will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays. 

All orders are shipped from Raglan, New Zealand.

New Zealand 

$10

All New Zealand orders will be delivered within 5 working days after items have been shipped. Items will be sent using NZ parcel post and will include a tracking number which will be provided once item is shipped. 

Australia 

$40

All Australian orders will be delivered within 15 working days after items have been shipped. Items will be sent using NZ international post.

Karaoke Superstars does not take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during shipping 

RETURNS 

I totally understand that buying online can be a little bit scary sometimes so please get in touch if you need to return or swap you item.

If your item isn't quite right please email info@karaokesuperstars.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving your product to organise a full refund (exclusive of shipping costs). Returns will only be offered on full priced items.

with in 7 days of receiving your item for refund. Karaoke Superstars will not cover these shipping costs.

Items must be in original condition for refund / store credit to be considered.  

Once items have been returned in their original condition a refund will be processed.
